Shipping Information
Our products ship registered mail, with tracking, from our smoke-free, pet friendly home in Izmir, Turkey.

You will be able to track your order at any time using PTT Posta or your local postal service.
Deliveries to most locations worldwide take around 10-15 business days, but may vary by country.

Payments & Processing
Our website accepts payments via PayPal, you may use a credit/debit card or your PayPal balance at checkout. We also accept other payment options in our Etsy shop.

As all of our items are handmade, we do need some time to process your order. Most items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days, but around Halloween and Christmas, our order volume often increases substantially, and we may require longer to prepare your order. If we expect delays, this will be posted on our shop page.
Refunds & Returns
We use Etsy's standard return policy:

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I donate the majority of my returns to not-for-profit dog rescue centers in the US, so in most cases you will not have to pay international shipping prices.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
